Here I am again.. happy as can be! I am lapsing with the things I need to do. I tell you, I am totally rubbish at keeping on track. I have spent the last two days making four bunnies. Tell a lie FIVE bunnies, but one is for the bunny hop swap so I cannot take any pictures of it yet. These are the things that I have not done that need doing.- I have not posted off my gift for Dominique at Shabby Shac, although I have it all gathered together ready to go. (Sorry Dominique!)
- I have not tried out the new camera. I am going to do that on Saturday with my Mum. New cameras and such scare me.
- I have not caught up on everyones blogs and now I shall have to catch up on them double!
- I have not finished those dolls (poor girls!)
Things I have done:
- Made four bunnies pictured up there (are you bored of my bunnies now?)
- Made my bunny hop swap rabbit.
- Mastered the art of the sewing machine (slightly).
- Got some new trousers from Oli. (Very nice pinstripe brown wide-legged ones)
- Realised it is 'Mothers day' on Sunday and gone and brought my Mum a present. (I wanted to make her a present but look at the clock ticking! Add this to the list of 'haven't done').
- Washed out my sinus's (you really don't want to know, that sentence I am sure, is enough!)
Today I went to the library. I was late taking a cd back and the guy on the counter said to me 'Don't tell anyone, I'll let you off this time' so of course I post it on my blog, but you don't know who the guy is or which library I am talking about so I guess it's okay. Anyway that was very nice of him as this was one of the things I hadn't done/forgotten to do. And would you believe it, the Library had a book sale on. Now these things are fatal for me. I come out with bags full of books.
This time I was very restrained and I only got two! Going out, same guy on the counter and he says I love this book!! (about the paperback I had chosen) he said 'if I had seen it I would have bought it!' So I left and went into town and hunted nine million shops for my Mums present. (Does anyone else struggle with 'too much choice?) my feet were killing me before I had finished. I left a shop and came out near the Library and thought oh what the hell. I marched in and the guy was still there and I said to him 'This has been bugging me all around town. Here I want you to have this book because you love it so much!'. He went to pay me (it cost hardly anything) so I said 'No! I want you to have it, you were so nice earlier'. And that was that, I left the library cringing because I am really quite shy.
ohh Jackie at Mother's pride gave me yet another award! (I love this woman). However, instead of choosing people to give it too, I am awarding it to all of you who visit my blog or who are on my blog list. Because you are all exceptionally wonderful women! I also give it to my friend 'Looby' who doesn't have a blog (get one woman!) as I know she reads my blog! And Joan a family friend who I hope has had chance to check this blog out. Right I am off to catch up on some of my haven't done's!

It was really nice of you to give him the book. Says a lot about you as a person.
As for catching up or falling behind, we'll all still be here when things slow down. :)
Ahh... wide legged pants. You just cant put a price tag on those... I love them.
I bet once you get going with your new camera, there will be no stopping you !!;-)Sal
That was a really nice thing for you to do especially as you are shy! The bunnies are gorgeous - I wish I was being as productive as you at the moment! Lucy x
Careful you don't get 'done' for bribing a Librarian :-p
Seriously - you've done loads, so don't worry about it; I've got far more 'to do's' and far less 'done's'.
*blush* x
Hi Jennie,
You sound like you have been very busy ,with your sweet little bunnies and you are brilliant being able to make a bunnie.
That was so nice of you to give that library man a book. That probably made his day too. That was a very nice random act of kindness (there is a random acts of kindness foundation too, makes good reading as you see what nice things everyone has been doing).
I havent got my mums present yet . I ordered a card and downloaded photos on to it at moonpig.com and that will go straight to my mum.
As for sending me a pressie , you are too kind and spoil me ! what with all our nice chats & advice as well as being my agnony aunt!
XX Dominique
It was lovely that you went back and gave the book to the gentleman...this really made me smile! Good for you!
Your rabbits are so adorable- I wish I could make things like that-you are so clever with your nifty fingers!
That was a lovely kind thing to do, more of us should carry out random acts of kindness, the world would be a better place. And doesn't it make you feel good?! You seem to have achieved plenty, don't worry about the haven't dones list it will always be there so best ignore it.
How nice of you to give him the book! I love to hear stories of such random act of kindness. I don't mean to be overly melodramatic but such sweet acts have a ripple affect I believe. Your kindness I'm sure spurred him to respond in kind to someone else and so on and so forth.
I'm shy too by the way. I have a very small voice and I just clam up sometimes and words just won't come out! The internet is such a great medium as far as communicating without shyness!
Oh, and this is Cece from All Dolled Up by the way. I don't know why I can't get your blog to let me comment as Cece but it works as Christina. :) My legal name is Christina but nobody calls me that, well except for my Mom if she is mad. ;)
wheeee...look at all the bunnies! I'll never tire of them.
